Wirkungsmechanismus

Beim Fadenlifting werden temporär Fäden eingesetzt, die sich im Laufe der Zeit wieder selbstständig auflösen. Diese jedoch haben die Fähigkeit, das Gesicht leicht zu liften, in dem die Haut durch die Fäden leicht zurück gezogen wird, anstatt überflüssige Haut wegzuschneiden. Zusätzlich jedoch werden durch die Mikrotraumata, die induziert werden, Heilungsprozesse des Körpers angeregt und neues Kollagen gebildet. Kollagen ist ein entscheidender Faktor im Alterungsprozess. Während wir Altern wird Kollagen abgebaut; doch genau dieses ist notwendig, um unsere Haut stark, prall und elastisch zu halten. Bleibt dies aus, wird die Haut immer dünner und verliert an Halt, so dass sie beginnt zu erschlaffen und Falten entstehen. Patienten, die sich einem Fadenlifting unterziehen, werden schnell die Kollagenbildung des behandelten Areals bemerken und sich an straffer und schöner Haut wieder erfreuen.

Durchführung der Behandlung

In einem ausführlichen Beratungsgespräch werden alle Optionen besprochen und die für Sie bestmögliche Behandlung ausgewählt. Vor Beginn der Behandlung wird die behandelnde Zutrittsstelle gründlich desinfiziert und anschließend lokal betäubt. Anschließend wird nach Erstellung eines kleinen Zugangs der Faden mit einer atraumatischen, stumpfen Kanüle eingeführt und das Gesicht geliftet. Die Behandlung ist nahezu schmerzfrei. Erste Ergebnisse können bereits sofort gesehen werden, der vollständige Effekt entfaltet sich jedoch nach ca. 6-8 Wochen. Dieser Straffungseffekt hält 18-24 Monate.

Nach der Behandlung

Das Gesicht ist zunächst etwas angeschwollen und druckempfindlich. Der Alltag kann jedoch normal weiter geführt werden, lediglich auf intensiven Sport sollten einige Tage, sowie auf intensive Sonnenstrahlung, Solarium oder Sonne eine Woche verzichtet werden. Schon wenige Wochen nach der Behandlung werden Sie einen Unterschied bemerken: Die Haut wird straffer und geliftet.
